SLK Kompressor loss of power, not boosting
Chris from head office was having a problem with his 1999 Mercedes SLK lacking in power and not boosting.
The vehicle ended up at Swindon site with Conan, who then rectified the fault.
The problem had been a dry solder joint in the PCU board in the engine bay, which controls the fuel pump and K-40 Supercharger relay.

Once removed it looks like this

With he casing removed ( with the fuses facing away from you)

You will see the dry solder.

Once new solder has been let in, the problem will be rectified.
